Yes, our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and tools. The cleaning products we use are safe for kids, pets, and septic systems. Products we commonly use include Seventh Generation, Mrs. Meyers, and Dawn Dish Soap. Kids and pets should be kept away from areas we are cleaning, because even though we use environmentally friendly products, there is still a risk of eye contact from the spray.

Pricing depends on the size of your space, the type of cleaning service, and how often you need service. We provide custom quotes to ensure you only pay for what you need. For typical price ranges, see our guide to how much cleaning services cost.

For best results, we ask that any clutter, toys, and dishes be picked up, put away, or loaded in the dishwasher before we arrive. If we run into a few clothes, toys, or general clutter in a room, we will gladly pick them up and place them in some order. The same goes for a few dishes left out in the kitchen. The problem comes when an entire table, dresser, or counter is completely covered, or if we run into large piles of clothes on the floor. Our policy is "Any area completely covered with clutter will not be cleaned." You may consider removing certain rooms with heavy clutter or scheduling your initial service after you have prepared for the cleaner's arrival.
For best results, we ask that dishes be loaded in the dishwasher before we arrive. If a few dishes are left out, we will gladly tidy them up. However, if the sink or counters are completely covered, our policy is that those areas will not be cleaned. We recommend preparing the kitchen before your cleaner's arrival for the best results.
